ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only; Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (and public holidays) will be processed on the next business day within business hours.
Make sure to provide correct and precise city, state, and zip code information. Avoid using abbreviations in this section.

PAYMENTS

PROCESS:
Color Studio Professional offers one mode of payment at the moment:

  • Payment through PayPal

On payment completion with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. On registration you will be able to proceed with payments via PayPal. A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent to each transaction executed with this method. The order amount will be debited from the PayPal account at the time the order is acquired.

SECURITY:
PayPal is a fast and secure payment system, in which the amount is charged directly to the credit card or prepaid card assigned by the customer, protecting the buyer's information as no financial information is transmitted.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order at our website, you will receive an email containing information regarding the details of your order; order receipt. This email includes the following: Order number, Date, Details of the selected products and their prices (inclusive of tax), Promotional discounts (if any), Shipping charges (table under shipping and handling charges) and your billing / shipping information.
CHANGE IN ORDER:
We cannot offer this service at the moment.

  • If any additions need to be made, a new order must be generated.
  • In case of exchange of products, please view our return policy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, email us at connect@colorstudiopro.com within 24 hours of order placement. In the case you have already received the Shipping Confirmation email kindly follow direction mentioned under Returns. If an order/package is refused and sent back to us, we will deduct the carrier service return changers from amount to be refunded on return of your package.

TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing shipment details and tracking number along with the carrier service link. You can track your package by visiting the carrier website and placing the tracking number provided. If you do not received your tracking code within 2-3 business days from order placed, let us know by emailing us at connect@colorstudiopro.com
DAMAGED PACKAGES: All damaged packages must be reported within 1 business day of package receipt, by emailing us at connect@colorstudiopro.com. Feel free to attach pictures of the product/packaging condition along with details in the email. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

RETURNS

You can return the products for a refund, provided that the products are in their original packaging and unused. Return items by filling out our Product Return Form and dispatch via carrier (subject to carrier service fees) to the address mentioned on the Confirmation Email/Order Receipt.

Once received, returned packages are processed within 3-5 business days and the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account used to process this transaction.
